Strategic Vision Visualization Workshop

Service Description

In this session, you will learn a tool to visualize your strategy and translate it to the Obeya board. We will use a guided visualization technique on a mental level, like athletes will use, that taps into our imagination to create a vision of your future project or organization. This process allows you to connect with your heart’s desires and then translate them into logical steps on your Obeya board or evaluate existing ones.
